Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Willy & Babbish Boutique.  If you are unhappy for any reason, we'll gladly accept return of any item within 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE when accompanied by the original receipt (excluding Clearance/Final Sale items).

Instructions for returning your merchandise:

Customer is responsible for return shipping (unless the original shipment was sent damaged, defective, or in error).  Return your package to us using the delivery service of your choice. We recommend using a delivery service that offers tracking and insurance as Willy & Babbish cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit or damaged due to improper packaging. Include a copy of your original invoice. Please circle the item(s) being returned and note a reason for return (ex. fit, color, not as expected, etc.).  Send your package to us at:

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 1-3 business days.  Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

In-store returns: You may also return your merchandise to our boutique located at 36355 Front Street, Suite C, New Baltimore, MI 48047. Bring in your item(s), the credit card used to make the online purchase and the original invoice. We will credit the purchase price of the merchandise in addition to any taxes you were charged. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
